Parentpay is our chosen platform to manage all payments for dinners, trips, out of school club etc Parents can access this tool via their website or through downloading the app. If you don't have an account and haven't received an activation letter, please email the school office who will send you a letter to activate your account and support ongoing management of your child's account 24/7 365.
Whilst we encourage all parents to pay through their parentpay account, we will accept card payments through the school office or over the phone. We no longer accept cheque payments and avoid cash taking. For those parents wishing to make payment via childcare vouchers (out of school/holiday club) please email the Werbies Administration Officer for further information.
